QFZMG32H model full load sensing proportional multiple directional control valve is the advanced product with equal technology level to Rexroth company for large capacity crawler crane and dynamic compaction machine, which can completely meet the demand of localization for main machine hydraulic system. QFZMG32H model full load sensing proportional multiple directional control valve adapts LUDV system. The definition of LUDV is that the flow distribution is nothing to do with loading pressure. Each LUDV pressure compensation apparatus are closely related to the highest pressure.When the flow is insufficient in the LUDV system, i.e. the oil pump cann't supply enough flow to operate each actuator with required speed, each actuator will reduce its moving speed by proportion.

One of the chief advantages of LUDV system is: No actuator will stop working when every actuator is in insufficient oil supply. The valve has second pressure relief valve and flow load pressure compensator inside, having high repeatable accuracy and low hysteresis. With the hydraulic proportional control, the flow can be adjusted by limiting the stroke of valve spool.
