QFZMG28H model full load sensing multiple directional control valves are newly developed products by our company by making full use of international advanced full load sensing multiple directional control technology, which have met the new demands of higher pressure, large flow and energy conservation for domestic construction machinery hydraulic system. The products adopt LUDV control system. The LUDV means the flow distribution independent of loading pressure, each LUDV pressure compensators have a bearing on the maximum pressure .

In the event that under-flow in the LUDV system occurs, or the oil pump is incapable of supplying enough flow to control each actuator at required velocity, then each of the actuating apparatus would decrease the velocity proportionally.

The major advantage of LUDV system comes as, in the event of the deficient oil supply, any actuating apparatus will unlikely quit working.

The fully load sensing multiple directional control valves primarily have application in closed loop variable pump, which is for flow distribution(LUDV) not related to loading pressure. The valves have built-in load maintaining valve, secondary pressure relief valve, and flow/load-pressure compensation valve. The vale adopts hydraulic system with pilot proportional control , with high repeatable accuracy and low hysteresis. With hydraulic pilot proportional control, the flow control can be made by limiting the stroke of valve spool. The valve can control eight actuators at the most. It is mainly used in the hydraulic system of rotary drills and crawler cranes.
