As a newly developed product, 5DP20GL-5 model multiple directional control valve is mainly designed for the upgrade of superstructure control valve on 8t-12t domestic full hydraulic truck cranes.The properties of the product has matched the level of international same kind products. The valve has foundry oil passage, being of tandem block structure, small in volume, large in flow, less pressure loss. The most prominent feature is adapting series hydraulic circuit, which can really realize linked movement, and to improve the working efficiency immensely.
Moreover, the lifting system adopts dual pump converging, and five-way dual-speed technique, realiize low speed in heavy-duty, high speed in light-duty, which ensure more safety and reliable. The valve is mainly used in the lifting, elevating, telescoping and slewing systems on cranes. 5DP20GL-5 model multiple directional control valve has already won the state invention patent.
